Canadian Parks and Recreation Association
The Canadian Parks and Recreation Association (CPRA) is the national voice for a vibrant grassroots network with partnerships that connect people who build healthy, active communities, and impact the everyday lives of Canadians.

Canadian Parks and RecreationNational Recreation and Park Association
The National Recreation and Park Association is governed by a 70-member Board of Trustees comprised of citizens and professionals who represent the diverse interest areas and disciplines within the parks and recreation industry. For more than 40 years, NRPA has been the voice advocating the significance of making parks, open space, and recreational opportunities available to all Americans.

Minnesota Community EdMinnesota Community Education Association
1,200 members strong, having started in 1974. MCEA has members from all parts of Minnesota, including community education directors, staff, program coordinators, teachers, advisory council members, and community members.

 

Canadian Parks and RecreationMinnesota Community Education offers member services in the areas of legislative lobbying and research, community education resources, professional development, job postings, legal services, quarterly newsletter, and awards. MCEA strives to make community education a viable, useful, and integral part of the many communities in Minnesota.

Ice Skating Institute

Ice Skating Institute (ISI)
ISI was founded in 1959 as a nonprofit organization for owners, operators, and developers of ice skating facilities. Over the past 45 years, ISI has become the industry trade association for progressive ice skating facilities, managers, coaching professionals, suppliers and individual skaters.

Minnesota Ice ArenaMinnesota Ice Arena Manager's Association (MIAMA)
MIAMA is the Minnesota Ice Arena Manager's Association. Founded in 1975, it is a volunteer organization of arena managers and related vendors throughout Minnesota, other states and Canada. MIAMA provides communication and support systems for arenas, arena managers and staff to better face issues within the industry.

Wisconsin Ice Arenas

Wisconsin Ice Arena Management Association (WIAMA)
The Wisconsin Ice Arena Management Association, founded in 1992, is a growing volunteer group of ice arena personnel dedicated to improve and standardize procedures and operations in existing and new facilities. The Association is supported and serviced by a number of prominent vendor members throughout the country.

Northeast Ice Arenas

Northeast Ice Skating Managers Association (NEISMA)
Since 1972 NEISMA has disseminated technical information and conducted seminars on rink equipment, energy, air quality, marketing, skating programs, maintenance and safety. NEISMA provides the professional rink manager with the technical information needed to operate a safe, efficient and profitable facility.
