After purchasing any Maximum Solutions product, customers may choose from any of the following technical support and training services.

Standard Support:
Telephone support is provided free for the first thirty (30) days. After the first thirty days, technical support is billed at a rate of $100/hour (in 15 minute increments) and charged to a VISA or MasterCard.

Custom Support:

If your organization has specific requests (e.g. customized reports, additional features, etc.) which are beyond the current scope of any of our products, Maximum Solutions is willing to provide custom development to meet your needs. The price for this service will be determined on a case by case basis. Annual Maintenance Agreement:
The vast majority of our customers choose to subscribe to an annual maintenance agreement. The annual maintenance agreement provides unlimited technical support and free product upgrades released during the year. Important Note: Maximum Solutions has released at least one major upgrade and several minor updates to each of our products every year since the inception of the company.

Subscription to an annual maintenance agreement also enables customers to receive discounts on new software products introduced by Maximum Solutions.

Training:
Maximum Solutions offers both telephone and on-site training sessions.

Training sessions can be conducted:
- for new clients who are unfamiliar with our products,
- as "refresher courses" for current customers to introduce them to new features
- as supplemental training for new employees hired within an organization.
