enables users to sell family, group, and individual memberships,
take one-time and recurring payments, and produce various
membership and administrative reports over the internet. This

to track membership data but may have facilities located Remotely

application also gives organizations the ability to take member
photos and display them onscreen upon check-in.
Hosted Membership Management Features and Benefits

Membership Types. MaxSolutions Online supports any
number of membership types (i.e. Individual, Family, Youth,
Senior, etc.)
Unlimited Membership Packages. Supports a wide
variety of memberships (i.e. monthly , yearly, daily, 10-visit,

Multiple Memberships. Individuals may purchase
multiple memberships (i.e. Pool, Family Fitness Center, Golf
course, etc.).
Maintain Membership Individuals. Easily assign
and un-assign individuals from membership packages (i.e. foster
children, nannies, exchange students, etc.).
Recurring
Memberships. Allow customers to pay for memberships
on a monthly basis (i.e. Direct Deposit, Automated Clearing
House, Electronic Funds Transfer, etc.).
Membership
Cards. Issue membership cards with Facility logo and
barcode information.
Tracking Screen. Upon entry to facility, an
individual’s membership card is scanned and all pertinent information
(i.e. name, photo, package type, and expiration date) is displayed
onscreen.
Families. Assign individuals to families for automatic inclusion in family
membership sales.
Zip Code List. Setup a list of Zip Codes and
designate Resident/Non-Resident status. Useful shortcut during
data entry of individuals/families, and also eliminates a step
during the membership sales process.
Track Revenue. Link Memberships and Fees to
GL account codes and track revenue by account.
Multiple Payment Options. MaxSolutions Online
supports cash payments, checks, credit cards, monthly direct
deposits, house accounts, balance forward, invoices, credits,
etc.
