MaxSolutions Online: Hosted Activity Registration

Hosted Activity Registration Features and Benefits
Activity Templates. Save
data entry time by creating activity templates for activities
offered in multiple seasons or consecutive years
Min/Max
Participants. Limit the minimum and/or maximum number of
participants for each activity.
Assign Instructors. Assign specific instructors to activities.
Wait
List. Individuals may be placed on a wait list when
activities are full.
Mass Update Fees. Edit/apply
fee(s) to multiple activities at once.•Percentage discounts.
Offer percentage discounts (i.e. Residents, Senior, etc.).
Fixed Rate Discounts. Offer dollar discounts (i.e.
Early registration, Multiple child, etc.).
Track
Activity History. View an individual’s list of past activities.
Track Revenue. Link Classes and Fees to GL account
codes and track revenue by account.
Activity Expiration. “Expire” activities after completion. Data is still accessible
for reporting purposes (i.e. rosters, schedules, etc.), but
activity names will not appear onscreen any longer.
Multiple Payment Options. MaxSolutions Online supports
cash payments, checks, credit cards, monthly direct deposits,
house accounts, balance forward, invoices, credits, etc.
Activity Reports. Activity List, Activity Roster,
and Activity Schedule.
Administrative Reports. GL Accounts, Fees, Companies, and Mailing Labels.
Financial
Reports. Statements, Receipts, Receipt Payment Report, Account
Distribution –Summary, and Account Distribution – Detail.
Full integration. For organizations utilizing the
MaxSolutions Online Facility Scheduling application, facilities
are automatically blocked out during the activity creation process.
Variety of display options.
Select from the following Online display options for each activity:
Display-Can Purchase, Display-Cannot Purchase, Display-Request
Only, or No Display
Online Catalog. Community
members can view activity offerings online (i.e. classes, schedules,
fees, instructors, prerequisites, etc.). Participants can also
double-check class times, dates, and locations.
Administrative
email notification. Administrator receives email when online
registrations occur.
Automatic Wait Lists. Registrants
are given the option to be placed on a waiting list if activities
are full. Registration is automatically time and date stamped.
Credit Card payments. Online registrations
require payment with credit card.
