A Few Application Highlights
- Check-out Options. Equipment can be checked-in and/or checked-out manually or by using a barcode scanner with a barcode attached to the item.
- Rental Inventory Locations. Setup multiple Inventory locations within an Organization (i.e. Recreation Center, Ice Arena, etc.) or multiple Inventory locations within a Complex (i.e. front office, rental desk, etc.) if necessary.
- Track Fees. Collect equipment rental fees, late fees, and replacement fees for the items you rent. Fees can be hourly, per rental flat fees.
- Aliases. Ability to specify multiple aliases (i.e. different ways to look up products) for Items. Examples include Description, Code, UPC, PLU, Barcode, etc.
- Integration with other MaxEnterprise Applications. Tie equipment rentals to reservations, registrations, leagues, or memberships. You can also check-in/out inventory through the Point of Sale software.
