MaxEnterprise: Rental Management
The Rental Management application will allow you to manage the daily aspects of your check-in/check-out's of equipment and more. From adding equipment inventory to the system to managing it, this application will allow you to track its price and availability, late and replacement fees, as well as allow you to manage pre-rentals of items and locations and much, much more!
Rental Management Features
Check-out Options. Equipment can be checked-in and/or checked-out manually or by using a barcode scanner with a barcode attached to the item.
Rental Inventory Locations. Setup multiple
Inventory locations within an Organization (i.e. Recreation
Center, Ice Arena, etc.) or multiple Inventory locations
within a Complex (i.e. front office, rental desk, etc.)
if necessary. |

Track Fees. Collect equipment rental fees, late fees, and replacement fees for the items you rent. Fees can be hourly, per rental flat fees.
Aliases. Ability to specify multiple aliases (i.e. different ways
to look up products) for Items. Examples include Description,
Code, UPC, PLU, Barcode, etc.
Integration with other MaxEnterprise Applications. Tie equipment rentals to reservations, registrations, leagues, or memberships. You can also check-in/out inventory through the Point of Sale software..
