The Membership Management application allows you to sell/edit family, group, and individual memberships, take one-time and recurring payments, and produce various membership and administrative reports. Our Membership Management software helps you acquire, manage, and retain customers while tracking their member activities.
This application is flexible to track an unlimited amount of cards at any given time. Offer Resident/Non-Resident Cards, VIP cards, fitness/gym memberships, punch passes and much more.

Many clients will use membership cards along with this application. A client/family's id card can store multiple memberships as well as be used as a prepay card. Maximum Solutions offers preprinted bar coded cards if that is what you are looking for. Otherwise you can also print (with the addition of some hardware) and our Photo-ID Plug-in application your own cards with individuals photos on them. You customize the colors, images, and what information is printed. Choose to print on one or both sides of the card. We also have the ability in which we design and print your cards, then you just assign a barcode to them through our software which prints on the card.

Application Highlights

  • Recurring Memberships. MaxEnterprise supports recurring membership packages (i.e. automatic credit card debits or withdrawals from a member’s checking or savings account).
  • On-screen photos. Photos are displayed on the Member Check-in screen (upon entrance to a facility) and can also be accessed/viewed on the Individuals screen.
  • Resident vs. Non-Resident, Member vs. Non-Member. All members can be designated as Resident or Non-Resident, Member or Non-Member, or a combination of both. in the Individuals database. When selling memberships, MaxEnterprise automatically assigns the correct fee to appropriate individuals.
  • Bar Codes. Can be printed on cards and scanned at check-in. MaxEnterprise supports bar code lengths from 1-20 digits. Automatically enters “leading 000’s”to make data entry easier. Accepts alphanumeric barcodes.
  • Unlimited Membership Types. Custom designated by your Organization. MaxEnterprise can handle:
    • Resident/Non-Resident
    • Senior/Adult/Youth

  • Multiple Memberships per Individual. Individuals are assigned barcodes and may use one card to enter multiple facilities (i.e. Pool Pass, Community Center Membership, Public Skate Punch Card, etc.).
  • Maintain Membership Individuals. Easily add or remove family members when selling membership packages. Also add unrelated individuals to memberships (i.e. exchange students, nannies, etc.).
  • Multiple Payment Options. Memberships may be paid in full at the time of purchase, partially paid, or automatically withdrawn from a member’s checking or savings account at regular intervals.
  • Multiple Payment Methods. Payment methods in MaxEnterprise are user-defined. Create as many different payment methods as your organization accepts and assign them to existing payment types, including: cash, check, credit card, ACH-Checking/Savings, Other or Write-Off.
  • Membership Reports include: Member Check-in Summary, Membership Expiration, Package Count, and Membership List.
  • Financial Reports include: Sales Analysis, GL Account Distribution, Departmental Sales, and Credit Card Expiration report.
  • Administrative Reports include: Individual Mailing Labels, Family Mailing Labels, and Name List.
  • Member Check-in Screen:
    • Used upon entrance to a facility
    • No "Check-In" mode. Used to check # of passes remaining on a card
    • Displays Package Details. Purchase date, expiration date, # of passes remaining, etc.
    • Find Member feature. Lookup an individuals name if he/she forgets membership card.
    • Displays number of punches/passes remaining
