A Few Application Highlights

  • Facility Setup. Allows each facility to have its own season, business day, and maintenance options and handles a variety of hourly rates (standard, prime time, etc.) and flat rates (half-day, full day, etc.). Facility Reservation supports an unlimited number of facilities and facility types.
  • Schedule Grid Views. View a single facility for multiple days, multiple facilities on a single day, or even multiple facilities for multiple days. (See Screenshot)
  • Customer database. Supports customer-specific hourly rates, as well as taxable versus tax-exempt status.
  • Receivables. Options include: preparing or deleting invoice batches, conducting invoice inquiries, entering payments or credits, and auto-applying credits.
  • Taxes. Handles multiple tax levels and rates -at either the facility or customer level.
  • Pro-rata calculation. Hourly rates are calculated automatically even when events cross rate break times.
  • Book Recurring Events. Hourly, Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Date List options schedule repetitive dates and times. (See Screenshot)
  • Mass Edit. Filters and sorts schedule data, enables users to edit or delete multiple events in one step, and enables printing of customized lists. (See Screenshot)
  • Rate Levels can be designated for a variety of groups –i.e. Resident, Non-Resident, Non-Profit, etc.
  • Complexes. Separating facilities into distinct complexes makes scheduling,billing and reporting easier.
  • Sub-Facilities. Enables users to book sections of rooms, courts or fields separately.
  • Items and Packages. Other Charges(i.e. tables, chairs, Birthday Party packages, etc.) can be added to scheduled events.
  • Accommodates Multiple Rates. Hourly Rates, Flat Rates, Structure Rates, Level Rates, and Global Rates.
  • Schedule Grid Color. Display bookings by color code. The colors can be coded by event, customer types, or customer balance.
  • Copy Events. Copy an entire season’s schedule from one year to the next for a single customer or multiple customers.
