MaxEnterprise: Locker Management
Locker Management allows you to easily create and maintain any
locker rooms in your facility. This exciting new offering to
the MaxEnterprise product line allows you to rent out an unlimited
amount of lockers and locker areas based on your specific needs.
Create different locker sizes and shapes, track combinations,
and allow your staff to track daily, weekly, monthly, yearly,
and life time locker rentals.
Locker Management also fully integrates with the rest of the
MaxEnterprise, meaning you can purchase lockers and tie them
to membership purchases and member accounts. This program also
integrates with point of sale and accounts receivable, allowing
you to charge for lockers with the touch of a button.
Locker Management Features
Full integration. Locker Management is a fully integrated application,
meaning it can be used through the Point of Sale software or even
be tied to a membership purchase or member account.
Unlimited Lockers. Create an unlimited amount of lockers and
tie these to categories (locker room A, etc.) or groups (male, female,
etc.).
Expiry Notices. Chose between email and phone follow-up for
customers to let them know their locker rental is about to expire..
Locker Reservations. tracks future reservations for any number
of locker assignments.
Locker Sizes. Custom create your different locker options and
sizes. Also track the locks and combinations for these lockers.
Locker Billing. Charge and track revenues generated through
locker rental with receivables and general ledger.
