MaxEnterprise: Activity Registration

Generate, Run, and Manage Activities for your Customers. Our Activity Registration application will allow you to streamline your customer registrations for programs, classes, leagues, and more!

The MaxEnterprise Activity Registration application allows users to setup classes and leagues, set class requirements, register participants, assign players to teams or wait lists, take payments, print rosters, receipt confirmations and more. This product is also fully integrated with our Facility and League Scheduling applications, eliminating the duplication of data entry.

Activity Registration Features

Activity Templates. Save data entry time by creating activity templates for activities offered in multiple seasons or consecutive years.

Flexible Fee Structure. Resident/Non-Resident, Member/Non-Member, etc. Determine what fees should be charged for a class based on resident/non resident status. You can also determine fees by membership discount status, early discounts, late registration fees, etc.

Custom Fields. Gather customized information on registration (i.e. shirt size, friends name, etc.)

Program Waivers. Have your customers sign off on waivers you customize yourself.

Other Charges. Easily add in extra fees for materials, expenses, etc.

Mailing Labels. Print mailing labels according to individual type (i.e. participants, instructors, etc.) activity type (i.e. Arts ‘n Crafts-Summer 2001, Fitness Classes-Fall 2002, etc.) or class (Summer Aerobics, etc.)

Activity Catalog. Print activity catalog directly from Activity Registration.

Min/Max Participants. Specify the minimum and/or maximum # of participants for each activity.

Min/Max Age. Specify the minimum and/or maximum age for participants in each activity.

Percentage Discounts. Offer percentage discounts (i.e. Multiple child, Senior, etc.).

Fixed Rate Discounts. Offer dollar discounts (i.e. Early registrations, residents, etc.).

Instructors. Assign instructors to activities. Information appears on rosters, attendance sheets, confirmations, and on web sites if desired.

Track Revenue. Link Classes and Fees to GL account codes and track revenue by account.

Email Capability. Email any report, schedule, list, or roster directly from the Activity Registration application. Email to target market for upcoming programs, classes, etc.

Track Activity History. View an individual’s list of past activities.

Activity Reports. Catalog, Enrollment Summary, and Activity Roster, Instructor schedule, etc.

Administrative Reports. Name Listing –Summary, Name Listing –Detail, and Mailing Labels.

Integrated Financial Database – all transactions are handled similarly.

Activity Skip Dates. Enter in specific dates that the activity can't take place on before you schedule.

Track Expenses. Track Expenses at the Class level (i.e. Salary, Materials, etc.)

Mass Registrations. For Day Camps, Day Care, etc

Caputing Customer Info. Ability to swipe a driver’s license in order to load information on the Individuals screen.
